Our Bakestone bread is a mixture of Bread made with 50% White Wheat Flour and 50% Wholemeal Flour. The word Brite Is derived from the first 2 letters BR (Brown) and the last 3 letters of white. 15 slices in this loaf.
Flat White Baps
White round shaped rolls batched in 6s.
Slightly domed, smooth golden brown top crust.
Flat base with some variation in colour, and is textured and rough, not smooth. Creamy white, open even celled crumb.
